Sergio was our technician and he did an absolutely amazing job. He is very attentive and made sure everything was installed and working properly. He is one of the best technicians I’ve had a privilege of servicing my home. I will definitely keep Global Air Services as my favorite A/C companies I’ve been introduced to. Just had a terrific experience with Global Air Service. I had an older system at the end of its life and was in the fix or replace situation. Rudolfo did an excellent job of taking me through my options and explaining the details so I could make an informed decision. I called and spoke to two other companies over the phone and they even confirmed at the price I was quoted and the age of the system, if they were in my position I should use Global Air. Installers were polite, on time and thorough. I'd certainly recommend Global Air Service to my friends and family.

Global Air Services immediately sent out their Tech, Sergio who thoroughly inspected my entire HVAC system. He was very friendly and very respectful and of course knowledgeable. I immediately received a response from one of the Owners of the company and he walked me through the most seamless process and options that I felt comfortable with. When our a/c broke we waited for the technicians thru my home appliances insurance. Once they came i felt i needed a second opinion. We contacted Global Air and on our first meeting with Mr Nick Sanchez we found out we were gettig a bigger unit for a better deal than our home appliances insurance. The inside and outside uits were done within a day. We are very please with the work and ease of our whole process.

Global Air Services came out to repair the work another HVAC company failed to do. They came out twice, first to inspect what was needed and give me a quote and second to do the work. They were very professional, did not over quote and suggest work that was not needed. The people that did the work we all professional and clean. I recommend them and will use them for my semi annual HVAC servicing.

The crew was able to complete a difficult job in one day. They worked very hard and they were very courteous. When we asked for someone to come out the next day to adjust the fan speed, the crew lead came out promptly to make the adjustment. It was a wonderful experience.
