End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Global Air Service ("Company") regarding your use of the website www.globalactx.com and any services, software, or content provided through the website (collectively referred to as "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Global Air Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal or business use. Global Air Service grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You agree not to: - Modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software or applications provided through the Services
- Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App. You may not reverse-engineer or decompile the software in the App.
Updates
Global Air Service may provide updates to the App to improve functionality or security. Your continued use of the App indicates acceptance of these updates.
Termination
Global Air Service reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Global Air Service does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not responsible for any data loss or damages that may result from your use of the Services.
Governing Law
